Terms of Service

Last updated: August 21, 2026

Droozi helps people plan real-life meetups by sharing future plans, not live location. By using Droozi, you agree to these Terms of Service and to use the service respectfully, lawfully, and only for coordination you are authorized to make.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Droozi. By using Droozi you confirm that you are 16 or older. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the information you add to Droozi, including future pins, events, RSVPs, and profile details. Do not use Droozi to harass, impersonate, spam, or mislead others, to break the law, or to infringe anyone's rights. When you import contacts, only import people whose information you are permitted to share.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant Droozi the permissions needed to host and display that content to the audiences you choose so we can operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you share.

Location and your data

We will not sell your location data or use live GPS tracking as part of the service. For details on how we handle information, see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Google Maps content and travel estimates

Trip planning features may display place photos from Google Places and travel-time, distance, fare, toll, or route estimates from Google Maps Platform. This is third-party content, may change or become unavailable, and may not reflect current conditions. Route results are planning estimates, not navigation instructions; check signs, schedules, accessibility needs, costs, restrictions, weather, and current conditions before travelling.

Google place photos are requested only after you explicitly review a confirmed Google place for an unsaved trip idea or when an eligible saved idea becomes visible. Requesting a draft visual does not save the idea, and Droozi does not add provider photos to ideas as uploaded images. Photo-reference responses and route estimates are marked no-store and are not persisted or server-cached by Droozi. Their app-level references and route data are held in volatile memory for the current Trip Details screen session. Droozi does not copy provider photo bytes into trip records or app-controlled storage, although the mobile operating system or image-networking layer may keep a temporary cache under its own cache policies. User-uploaded or link-preview images are separate content and take precedence when available.

The app displays the Google Maps provider and photo-author attribution supplied with the photo, together with source and reporting links. If Google content, routing, quota, or Droozi's provider cost controls are unavailable, Droozi may omit the provider photo or route comparison while leaving the saved trip content usable. A missing fare or toll may be omitted and is never assumed to be zero or free.

Your use of integrated Google Maps features is also subject to the Google Terms of Service, Google Maps Additional Terms, and Google Privacy Policy.

Service changes and availability

Droozi may add, change, or remove features as the service evolves, and the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Droozi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Droozi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm others or Droozi.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued use of Droozi means you accept the updated Terms.
